EPISODE #10

BUILDING A BUSINESS

After my last podcast with Jim Huling, I received great feedback from Kyle Tothill. Kyle is a founding partner and managing director for eHire, an IT staffing and executive recruitment solutions firm in Atlanta, GA. I've known Kyle for a few years now. He is another trusted mentor helping me make the transition from music to the "real world."

Kyle is a leadership junkie. So, it was no surprise he connected with the incredible wisdom Jim had to share.  Then it struck me, why not talk to Kyle? What Jim and I were discussing in theory, Kyle is putting into tangible practice in his company everyday. He is a dynamic, next-generation leader who sincerely cares about his team and his customers. Oh, and his team is executing on a phenomenal scale. eHire is growing like crazy.

In our conversation, we delve into the nitty-gritty of eHire's mission, internal culture, company differentiators, and sales process. In Kyle, I have an incredible role-model of a leader leading well. If you've been following any of my writings or podcasts this year, I talk about knowing your "WHY" a lot! Kyle knows his WHY, and he has built it into eHire's sales culture.

My favorite parts of the conversation are the moments when Kyle's passion just spills over. He is a man that is passionate about serving people, his team, his family, and our city. I was inspired to be a better man from our time together, and I think you will too.
